Damned Good People is a 501(c) (3) educational nonprofit creating visible, welcoming spaces for free thinkers and anyone who values open inquiry, compassion, reason, and the freedom to question. We believe free thought shouldn't exist only online. It deserves a place in public.
Damned Good People’s mission is to educate the public on how religious groups, past and present, have rejected and shamed good people for upholding different beliefs. We challenge that pattern by providing public spaces for conversation and community. PROTECTING THE FREEDOM TO THINK |
Our vision is to create local chapters where the public can visualize free-thinking individuals. All nationalities, classes, races, and sexes can come together and have the courage to share their experiences without being judged. Each location will provide morning coffee, potluck diners, songs, games and workshops - a place to hear inspiring talks. BE SEEN TO BE HEARD |
VALUE-DRIVEN OBJECTIVES The main value of this nonprofit is having the freedom to question and explore one’s own ideas. Through these experiences, a true meaning of life and purpose can flourish. We want to create a world where harmful biases are eliminated. By coming together as one human race, with equal rights and respect, True Peace and Happiness can happen. | GOALS We aim to educate as many people as possible. Your membership or donation helps us create visible spaces to spark awareness and redefine with it truly means to be good. If you presently cannot be seen to be heard, give your support so others can be seen protecting our democracy. To get started, refer to the (Membership Application) link Volunteers always welcome! JOIN THE MOVEMENT | Movements don't become visible because someone eventually decides to build them. They become visible because people show up. Memberships, donations, sponsorships, volunteers, and participation help DGP create educational programs, community events, and physical spaces where free thought can be seen and heard. |
